What we collect

Contact forms. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, email, company, and whatever you write in your message. Some forms also ask for your phone number and website. This goes to hello@barkmediasolutions.com and angela@barkmediasolutions.com so we can respond to you.

The Local Visibility Scorecard. If you take our free scorecard, we collect your answers along with your name, email, company, and phone number, which is optional. We use this to send you your results and to review your submission ourselves.

Call booking. We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details. Calendly has its own privacy policy that covers how they handle that information.

Analytics and cookies. We use the following, and they may set cookies to do it:

• Google Analytics, to see which pages get visited and how people find us
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to tell whether our own advertising is working
• LinkedIn, for the same reason

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to you, review your scorecard, schedule calls, and understand how people use our site. That is it.

We reply to enquiries by email. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us. If you become a client, we will email you about your account and your work with us.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Not to data brokers, not to other companies, not to anybody.

Your choices

If you want to know what information we have about you, or you want it deleted, email us athello@barkmediasolutions.com and we will take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings if you would rather not be included in analytics.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
